Procurement support · Standalone or add-on

Make the vendor decision before the vendor makes it for you.

Independent support for leadership teams buying technology, changing suppliers, or overseeing a critical delivery. InterPro helps define the requirement, compare options, document trade-offs, and keep responsibilities visible from selection through acceptance.

Who it’s for
Leadership teams selecting a platform, provider, or implementation partner.
Investment
Starting at US$1,950; standalone or added to another engagement.
Timeline
Typically four to eight weeks.

A polished proposal is not the same as a fit-for-purpose solution.

Technology purchases often begin with vendor demonstrations before the business has agreed its real requirements, evaluation criteria, ownership, or total implementation burden. The result can be difficult comparisons, avoidable contract risk, and a handoff gap once the sale is complete.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • You are selecting a platform, managed provider, implementation partner, or specialist supplier.
  • Competing proposals use different assumptions and are difficult to compare.
  • Leadership needs an independent view of fit, risk, ownership, and total cost.
  • A selected supplier needs structured checkpoints through delivery and acceptance.

This is not the right fit if

  • The supplier has already been selected and no governance or acceptance work is needed.
  • The requirement is commodity purchasing with no material integration, data, operational, or adoption risk.
  • You need legal advice; contract terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel where appropriate.

What is included

  • Requirements brief. Translate business outcomes, workflows, constraints, and responsibilities into a clear supplier brief.
  • Evaluation framework. Establish weighted criteria, evidence requirements, assumptions, and disqualifying conditions.
  • Proposal and demonstration review. Run a consistent comparison and document questions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Selection recommendation. Give leadership a defensible options assessment and recommended next step.
  • Optional delivery oversight. Add checkpoints, risk reviews, decision records, and acceptance criteria after selection.

What you receive

  • A requirements and responsibility brief.
  • A supplier evaluation scorecard and evidence log.
  • A shortlist or selection recommendation with documented trade-offs.
  • A negotiation and clarification question list.
  • When oversight is included, a delivery checkpoint and acceptance plan.

Define, compare, decide, and govern

  1. Define the requirement

Agree outcomes, scope boundaries, users, integrations, controls, and responsibilities.

  2. Structure the market review

Build evaluation criteria and a consistent information request.

  3. Assess the evidence

Compare written proposals, demonstrations, references, assumptions, and risks.

  4. Support the decision

Present options and trade-offs, then set delivery and acceptance checkpoints if required.

Common questions

Do you make the final vendor decision?

No. InterPro structures the evidence, documents trade-offs, and makes a recommendation. Your leadership team retains the approval decision.

Do you negotiate contracts?

InterPro can help clarify scope, responsibilities, assumptions, service levels, and commercial questions. Legal review remains the responsibility of qualified counsel.

Can you oversee the supplier after selection?

Yes. Delivery checkpoints, risk reviews, decision records, and acceptance support can be included or added under a separate scope.

Do you receive commissions or referral fees?

No. InterPro IT Consultants does not accept supplier commissions or referral fees. InterPro Web Host is under common ownership. If its services are considered, InterPro will disclose the relationship, explain why the option may fit, and present independent alternatives. The client remains free to choose.

How is pricing determined?

The starting price reflects a typical selection. Final pricing depends on supplier count, procurement stages, technical complexity, locations, stakeholders, and oversight depth.
