Digital Growth, SEO & AI Visibility
Help the right people find your business and take the next step. We assess your search visibility, content and inquiry paths, then prioritize improvements around the customers you want to reach.

- Who it helps
- Businesses that rely on online discovery and want a clearer path from relevant visitors to qualified inquiries.
- What you receive
- A visibility audit, content plan, technical and local priorities, and a conversion measurement plan with owners and review points.
- How it works
- We establish the baseline, agree priorities and coordinate improvements with your team. Implementation and ongoing reviews are defined in the scope.
When you need a growth review
People may find your website and still struggle to understand the offer, see relevant experience or make an inquiry. We look at the whole journey, from discovery to the point where your team can follow up.
This service helps organizations that depend on relevant online discovery, including professional services, healthcare, hospitality and digital businesses. It brings content, website and marketing priorities together so your team and suppliers can work toward shared outcomes.
Signs your digital activity needs focus
- Service pages attract attention but do not explain scope, evidence or the next action.
- Reporting emphasizes rankings or visits while qualified inquiries remain difficult to assess.
- Location and business information are inconsistent across important discovery points.
- Technical, content and conversion work are planned separately despite shared dependencies.
What we assess
We review how people discover your business, whether your pages answer their questions and how easily they can take the next step. The assessment covers search visibility, content, site structure, technical issues, relevant local listings and inquiry paths.
AI visibility concerns whether your business and content appear in AI-generated answers or recommendations. We assess the information available about your business and the evidence available to measure discovery across the platforms in scope.
Google’s guidance says its AI search features use the same SEO foundations and require no special AI markup or text files. Clear, accessible pages, useful original content and accurate business information remain priorities. Other platforms have their own discovery and measurement methods.

How we work
We agree scope, access, responsibilities and review points before work begins. Delivery can be shared with your existing website, marketing or content providers.
Establish the baseline
InterPro: Review the audience, offer, pages and available search and analytics data. Identify gaps in discovery, content, inquiry paths and measurement.
Your team: Explain your target customers and commercial priorities. Share available reports and identify the owners of your website, content and inquiry follow-up.
Prioritize improvements
InterPro: Build a practical plan across content, technical foundations, local discovery and conversion. Define owners, dependencies and checks for the work.
Your team: Confirm priorities, review the proposed content direction and agree the budget, approvals and delivery responsibilities.
Implement and review
InterPro: Deliver or coordinate the improvements included in scope, verify completed changes and review available performance evidence to recommend next actions.
Your team: Approve content and business details, support changes handled by your providers and share inquiry-quality feedback to inform the next review.
Engagement options
Start with a focused audit to establish priorities, choose an improvement project covering technical foundations, content and conversion, or use ongoing advisory to coordinate execution with your providers.
The proposal defines implementation tasks, content responsibilities, access, fees and review timing. Your existing agency or internal team can carry out agreed activities, with InterPro providing scoped strategy, review or coordination.
Measuring progress
Measures may include relevant search impressions and clicks, engagement with service pages, accepted inquiries, qualified opportunities and conversion between these stages. A form click, an accepted inquiry and a booked meeting are recorded as different steps.
We agree review points and show attribution limits. Technical delivery can be checked as changes are completed; search and commercial outcomes need sufficient data over an appropriate period. Personal form content stays out of analytics.

What should we prepare before starting?
Bring your website address, target customers, priority services and the business result you want to improve. Existing search, analytics or campaign reports are useful where available. We agree any further account access and information needs as part of the scope.
How are fees agreed?
Fees are set out in the proposal alongside the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and review timing. The initial conversation helps establish whether you need an audit, an improvement project or ongoing advisory. Content production and implementation tasks are specified so responsibilities are clear.
Does the service include making website and content changes?
Implementation is included where agreed in the scope. The proposal identifies which technical, content, local-profile or inquiry-path changes InterPro will deliver or coordinate, and which remain with your team or providers.
Can you guarantee inclusion in AI answers or a particular ranking?
No. The service focuses on useful content, technical eligibility, clear entities, sound journeys and measurable improvement work. Search and AI platforms decide what they crawl, show and cite.
Do we need a separate website for AI visibility?
A separate site is not an assumed requirement. The starting point is to assess the existing website and how well it communicates the business, supports discovery and helps buyers take the next step.
Can you work with our marketing agency or content team?
Yes. Scope can focus on strategy, technical review, information architecture and measurement while your current team handles agreed content or campaign activities. Responsibilities and verification should be clear.
How soon can we evaluate progress?
Technical delivery and journey checks can be assessed as changes are completed. Search and commercial outcomes require sufficient data over an appropriate period. The proposal defines review points without assuming a universal ranking timeline.
Where could your digital presence work harder?
Tell us who you want to reach and where discovery or inquiries fall short. We’ll review your enquiry and contact you to discuss your growth priorities and a practical next step.
