This notice covers website visits, enquiries, and the conversations that follow. When we work with a client, we agree separately how to handle their systems and confidential information.
Information we collect
- Required form details: your name, email address, service or priority, and a description of your enquiry.
- Optional details: your organization, engagement preference, phone number, organization size, timing, budget, and how you would like us to respond. We need your phone number if you ask us to call.
- Messages: information you share by email or in follow-up conversations.
- Website and form information: our service providers receive your IP address when you visit or submit an enquiry. The form also sends a reference number and start time to help prevent duplicate messages and spam.
Please keep the initial description brief. Do not send passwords, payment information, patient records, or sensitive client material through this form or follow-up messages.
How we use your information

Keeping and deleting information
We normally delete enquiries that do not lead to an engagement after 90 days without meaningful contact. This includes the enquiry, related replies, and attachments in our active business records.
If we agree a future follow-up, the 90 days begins when that follow-up is complete. We may keep relevant information longer to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Client records follow separate retention arrangements.
Backup copies and records kept by service providers may have different deletion schedules.

Your requests and choices
Email info@interproitconsultants.tech to ask about your information, request a copy, correct an error, or request deletion. You do not need to request a consultation or provide organization details.
Use “Privacy request” as the email subject and tell us what you need. Include enough detail to help us find your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents unless we have agreed a secure way to verify your identity.
